The Quest

On cruise ships they have an adult game show/ scavenger hunt called The Quest. Of course we played... We formed a team with about 5 other people and got ready to go. The idea of the game is each team needs to find the item asked for within their group and be the first team to bring it on stage. The team with the most points wins! Below are some sample items and what we used in the hunt!

A girl and a fruit = I brought Duane on stage
Two guys skipping = 2 other guys on the team
A girl doing the worm = another girl on the team
A guy with 3 bras = all the girls bras
Something fake = my boobs
A guy in his underwear with makeup on and a bra and girl accessories = Duane

WE GOT 1ST PLACE!!!!! A GOLD MEDAL!!!! I LOVE MEDALS!!!!!

Wine

Instead of paying $327 for a glass of wine on the cruise ship we snuck it on. We packed a box of wine (better than you think - and it looks like just a box when they xray it) in our suitcase (along with a bottle of SKYY) and boarded the boat! Notice the box hold 3 liters of wine...there were only 2 glasses left on day 2.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

For Christmas this year Duane and I decided it would be the "right thing" to do if we volunteered our time inoculating baby rhinos in Alaska...so here are a few photos.

Just kidding, we wanted out of the snow, so we went on a cruise to the Bahamas! Merry Christmas. We spent the day in Nassau (we snuck into the Hilton, drank at the bar and spent some time on there private beach and in the hammocks)! Then we had FORMAL Christmas dinner on the ship dressed in out finest Christmas tops and flashing light necklaces! Hope your Christmas was a fun as ours!

We're planning on neutering Iguanas next Christmas in China, please let me know if you would like to join us!

AHOY!!

When we boarded the cruise ship we had to take a welcome aboard picture...here it is!

Fishing The Gulf

Duane and his dad went fishing on the Gulf while we were visiting in Florida. They had a great day and came home with all these fish. What great providers they are! (Isn't it funny that there are people out there that call themselves "providers for their family" when they come home with fish? These guys don't! HAHAHAHAHA!) They were fishing in salt water, the 2 big fish are red fish, the matching ones are sea trout (they have 2 fangs in their mouths), and the one random fish is a bass...what the heck was that doing there? Duane wanted me to add that he caught all the fish except one...brag much?

Speed Humps?

What are speed humps?

Midgets Only!

These seats are once again on Duane's dad's boat...midgets only, except he is 6 feet tall.

Bass or Catfish

What is this???? What do these "pipes" do? This is Duane's dad's bass boat...he constructed this pipe thing for when he fishes and he doesn't want to hold the rod. You normally see these pole holders on big, old people boats...

Getting Balanced

The truckster was a LITTLE unbalanced...doesn't it look good up in the lift?

Pirates Only

24 Hour Fitness Reno SUCKS!!! Equipment is always broke, one night 7 out of 12 treadmills were broken. Really??? Well this elliptical is for pirates only...or people with only one leg.

The Family Truckster

"You think you hate it now...wait 'till you drive it!" We got a new car!! I can't wait to drive this thing! It tows great, seats 9 and has a working heater, what more could you ask for? It's so big, my paddle board will fit in it without leaving the back open!

Gas

Duane took my car fishing. When he got back he was tired so we ate dinner and went to bed. The next morning when he was getting ready for work and I for the gym he asked if his car had gas in it, "Yes of course it does, does mine?" I replied. "Yes it has like 1/4 of a tank". REALLY???

Shopping With Duane

While Duane was shopping for fishing crap, I wandered through the store and look at all the cool stuff I found. I really like the leaf looking face mask. My friend Brittany LOVES cameo so the robe is for her. I was a little surprised at the lion attacking a zebra statue, it seemed a little much. I think Duane may have found what he was looking for...I know I did!

Leggings

I LOVE leggings! I have a bunch or pairs. Some for the gym, some for going out in...My favorites are my sequined ones. They are amazing. These ones are not my favorite! Duane needs to NEVER wear these thermals like this again!

My Parents

My parents came up for Thanksgiving. On their way home they pulled over to take this photo. Can you believe they stopped in the middle of the highway, blocked traffic and asked the car behind them, in between their honking, to take this photo?

TSA = Totally Stupid A$$holes

This is what it looked like while I spent the night in the Las Vegas Airport. The story is long and boring, so basically TSA sucks.
1. they ended up closing down lanes
2. someone sent me one way and it was the wrong way
3. I was trapped in a secure only area
4. they said I broke in
5. finally got out
6. my name was being called over intercom to get to my flight NOW
7. said they wouldn't call airline, just told me to walk fast
8. missed my flight
9. southwest said no more flights
10. went to file complaint with TSA'
11. head totally stupid a$$hole told me I was lying and stupid
12. took totally stupid a$$holeto were I was stuck and he said oh they put locked doors there
13. tsa said not out fault we have a bunch of new people working and they don't know protocol yet

***so I slept in the airport, there was nothing opened and no one around, tsa hired a bunch of new people, didn't teach them correct protocol, all during the busiest travel week of the year - and were trusting them to stop terrorists? REALLY????

The Ramada

We went to Lake Shasta to get a little fishing in before the snow started. We didn't bring the motor home though because we only went up for 1 night so we stayed in a Ramada. We used to stay in motels before we had a motor home so we are used to the routine and is Gracie. When we got there we realized it was the lobby type of hotel and all the side doors were alarmed.... so we snuck Gracie in and out of the window to get her in and then to let her go potty before we went to bed. As Duane removing the screen to let her out this morning we saw someone else walk their dog out the front door on a leash...apparently dogs are allowed here...I think Gracie likes being sneaky...and jumping through the window!

Glaminar

Kandee Johnson is a fabulous makeup artist. She has a blog and you tube channel where she shows how to apply makeup and reviews products. She did a review on Eyedews a while ago and we were thrilled so we decided to donate to her Glaminar gift bags. Glaminars are events that Kandee hosts where she teaches makeup application, how to get started in the business and how to get and keep clients! But it is so much more then that. It is an inspirational day. She teaches you not only about makeup but about how to be a better person, a person that others want to be around! It was an amazing day and I am so fortunate that I was able to attend.
