For Father's Day I decided I wanted a pool. My parents happened to be in town for the holiday so I figured it was the perfect father/daughter bonding experience. We went to Target, got the pool and then headed home. To all of you who thing blowing up a pool is easy...NO IT IS NOT!!! It is quite the process, first you have to make sure you have the attachments for the compressor (no my dad didn't have to actually "blow" up the pool), then you have to lay out the tarp, then blow it up, then drag it across the yard, the fill it - takes longer than you would thing and then place rocks to secure the tarp...swimming time!!!
I am totally uncreative and uncoordinated (not sure if those relate to each other...) I have a "bar" area in my new home and needed some sort of stool to use at it. I found these bar stools from the 1960's in the garage. I primered them, painted them, covered the cushions and and this is how then ended up! I did have some help along the way, but all in all I am very proud of myself!
I have no idea how to use photoshop or any program that can do anything cool with logos or photos on the computer. I received a call and needed to provide a client with my business logo for an event I am doing. I called my sister i a panic and within minutes she whipped this up for me!! Love my sis!!
I had a pair on nude platform heels that needed a little something. I BEDAZZLED them!! I used tiny mirrors and "jewels". I LOVE them, they are both finished and I plan on wearing them tomorrow!

I had a casting call for new talent. Everything was going was going great and then this guy showed up! This head shot was at least 17 years old...lets just say time has NOT been good to John.
Gracie is shedding! She is having issues with her fur coat because she goes from the snow (yes even in June) in Reno to the hot 100 degree weather in Vegas! She has not stopped shedding!!! We were cleaning the house, vacuuming up ALL the dog hair and Duane had a brilliant idea...vacuuming Gracie. Normally she HATES the vacuum, not today she LLLOOOVVVEEEDDD being vacuumed!
