While I was in New York working on my Pilates certification, I stayed with cousin and his wife and had great time. Their place is wonderful, you can get anywhere very easily. One night we went to dinner around the corner from their place and this is where we went. (The sign outside was soooooo long much of it was cut out of the photo!) The restaurant was called China Fun and they had all sorts of food there, dim sum, BBQ- all kinds, sushi, soup, salad....YUM! It was actually really good!

Free Umbrella

I looked out the window from my Pilates class and through the pouring rain and I noticed this...Free Umbrella!

New York Subway

I always thought it was a myth that there were rats in the New York subway, well it's not a myth its a fact...some are even dead!

Working Out on The Road

This is how I work out on the road...mat pilates. I hike, who am I kidding I walk, with Gracie and do sit ups, but this is way better! The new Ultra has the perfect amount of space in the "hallway".

Moving On Up

When we go on fishing expeditions we usually just park and camp wherever the launch ramp is, or a quite spot on the side of the road...we don't discriminate, we'll stay in a park, at a launch ramp, in a no camping area, in a Walmart parking lot, whatever. Well while we were in rainy Lake Shasta the generator kept losing power (later it was determined, not by me, that the heater was sucking the power out of the generator making it not work). Duane decided we needed to go somewhere where we could plug in. We ended up at Mountain Gate RV Park!!! I LOVED IT!!! I could live here, they had everything, bathrooms with clean, hot showers, a laundry room, a hiking trail, a pet area, parking enough for our house, car and truck and boat! This place was amazing! All our neighbors were super nice and everything was clean. I would definetly recommend this trailer park...***** (5 Stars)

CES - Consumer Electronics Show

I went to Las Vegas last week to work CES. A huge show I said I would never work again...well the money was good, the job was easy and I could wear flats and pants, so I took it! Pioneer Electronics was my client and they are the nicest group of people to work for. It was a lot of fun and everyone was super nice.

Baby Hudson

My sister had a baby boy on January second. They named him Hudson (yes, like the jeans). I think a good nickname for him is Huddy. The have a daughter named Bentley, a good nickname for her is Benny. They should have name Hudson Jett instead of Hudson then we could have sang Benny and the Jett(s). That would have been fun!

Dollar Rent - A - Car

I flew into Vegas on Tuesday to work CES (Consumer Electronic Show). This is one of the busiest weeks in this town, three major conventions are going on. I was very happy when I quickly got my rental car and and even happier when realized that there was only one booth open and the 30 other people and I would have to wait our turn. Seriously Dollar you can't afford the $7 a hour to open another booth? Stupid!

Wrong Purchase

I guess this guy wanted a motor home instead of a houseboat. Otherwise why would he have driven it up on an island and stayed over night.
